Cabinet conclusions of the morning meeting of October 15, 1970 on the FLQ situation. The conclusions highlight the discussions that took place during the meeting, which was chaired by Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau. Among the members were Ministers Mitchell Sharp (Secretary of State for External Affairs), Jean Marchand (Economic Expansion), John Turner (Justice), Jean Chrétien (Indian Affairs & North), Donald Macdonald (National Defence),  Eric Kierans (Communications), Jean-Eudes Dubé (Veterans Affairs), Horace (Bud) Olson (Agriculture), Stanley (Ron) Basford (Consumer & Corporate affairs), John Green (Energy, Mines & Resources), George McIlraith (Solicitor General), Charles (Bud) Drury (Treasury Board), and Jean-Pierre Côté (without Portfolio).
